I'll you what I tell everyone..stay on the path.   ;D

Seriously, yeah there is poison ivy, Virginia creeper, mosquitoes, spiders, snakes, even the odd deer..I mean this is in a forest area you have to expect that.  We do check paths and I spray a combo of salt/bleach to kill weeds and that usually deters most unwanted guests from straying onto the walking areas.

I didn't know Virginia creeper was an irritant until you listed it just now and I subsequently Googled it! Presumably the same applies to the more northerly woodbine?
In the kingdom of the blind, better take public transit. Well, in the kingdom of the sighted, too, really--almost everyone is a terrible driver.

I only listed it  because a friend of mine it really bothers him, now I can pick it up, wrap it around wires, doesn't do anything to me. I think it really depends on the person..but you know it's the sap that really irritates. Many can walk through poison ivy it seems with no real problem unless you break it or damage it and get the sap on you. That's why if you mow and use weed-eaters you seem to get it more often.

Oh, wow! That's gotta be great walking down the trail and coming across that! The colours turned out great, too.
In the end it was not guns or bombs that defeated the aliens, but that humblest of all God's creatures... the Tyrannosaurus rex.

Thanks guys! I plan a lot but I'm never a 100% sure how something will turn out in the end, I'm very pleased with his coloration and how he works in this setting.  I think once the trail is open kids will really get a kick out of it!

Thanks bud!  Those stencils for his patterns were a lot of "fun" to cut out ..I'm glad it all works for everyone.  Paulo is very happy to be roaming the Park, he just wants to be fed now...

expect more pics soon!

May I ask you a question? May I use pictures of your models in their "natural" environments on my website that I am currently creating that consists of the majority of dinosaurian species known. I would use it as the main image of the animal to show its anatomy and in its "natural" environment. I would give you credit of course with a little tag underneath the photo. Would something like that be acceptable? Thanks anyways!

Ovi hen :

Nice! She reminds me a lot of my own hens, for some reason. Also, looks like she's in a brooding pose - are you going to give her a nest?

I might leave that up to the viewer though I did consider it. She is far enough back it might look like she is hiding a sort of nest there among the trees.  The male is in defense mode for sure against the viewer so there could be a nest or perhaps she is getting ready to lay.
