That Spinosaurus looks like it's gonna be a beefy bugger. What's that orange carnosaur behind the Spiny's arm?

Well, it's funny, the arms are and the body does look thick from the side,

... but from the front I expect it will appear rather thin.

Oh that's Little Al, our juvenile Allosaurus. :)

I'm considering turning this :

into this :

Basically a coat of feathers and a repaint.

This will 1, make it stronger as it will be outdoors.  2. Serve as our Compsognathus until Malcolm manages to get me the three I ordered. 3. Give us a Sinosauropteryx when they do arrive.

So..what do you think?

What would you use for feathers? Something like carpet fibres? Fabric?

Little Al's pretty cool, by the way.
In the end it was not guns or bombs that defeated the aliens, but that humblest of all God's creatures... the Tyrannosaurus rex.

I'd just be sculpting them on with Apoxie Sculpt, it's going outdoors so not much other choice,

Thanks! the little trouble maker is going with our Stegosaurus I think.  Follows the very loose story of the Park, where Big Al is our mascot and he's out looking for Little Al who always wonders off. This duo gives us a kid friendly way to introduce everyone to the Park.

Here is a maze we give out for example :

What about the hands? Correct me if I'm wrong, but the hands looks pronated (or is it that the arms are abducted?).

I attempted to heat and move the hands but it just wouldn't work, the paint just started burning so I gave it up.  That said if the arms were lowered more to it's side at the elbow they would face palm to palm.

Do what you can with what you have where you are, right? I think it looks great.
In the kingdom of the blind, better take public transit. Well, in the kingdom of the sighted, too, really--almost everyone is a terrible driver.

Hah, it's actually a 1:1 Compsognathus..or maybe a Sinosauropteryx...might be be one than the other even..lol

Took some time to figure out how best to make the feathers..but now I've learned something new as well for future pieces. :)

Thank you!  ;D

Really wonderful work Blade  ^-^.
[Off Nick and Eddie's reactions to the dinosaurs] Oh yeah "Ooh, aah", that's how it always starts. But then there's running and screaming.

{about the T-Rex) When he sees us with his kid isn't he gonna be like "you"!?
