Anyone have references for just how feathered a Struthiomimus chick would be ?  Not sure on age, but it's around a 16" or so long?

Id compare to an ostrich chick of the same age. Id think itd be less feathery that that

Yup, thenthey go bald lol. So it leaves a lot to the imagination. Mabye about half the feathers or less for a struthiomimus.

According to this article the adults in Ornithomimus would have bare legs otherwise a pretty even coat of fine feathers.?

Was afraid of that. They looked like a soft brown in the catalog with nice highlights, now I'm seeing red/orange hell fire ..fine for a hadrosaur, these are a type of bird eye..but not what I was looking for for Ducky really.  Darn 15.00 mistake..

I'm sure you will find  use for thsoe eyes somewhere. They are kindof predatory looking.  Maybe you need to make chomper the baby t-rex too....

To avoid any confusion, we have about a month before the deadline the county gave us. At this time we will still be open past that date as nothing has been decided, but we do need to get these improvements done so the County will give us the extension.

Me too - I've been stalking her on dA for years now, although AFAIK I never actually officially watched her. Her dinosaurs might not be the most accurate, but they're so full of character.

(/Off-topic enthusing/) I used to enjoy her video game stuff too, but the only recent one of those I can say I appreciated was her summary of Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs. Never actually played the game, but my Amnesia fan acquaintances were all pretty disappointed with it and found the comic hilariously accurate. That and it contains the only TF2-related thing she ever drew, and the faces on Scout and Engie are priceless.(/End off-topic enthusing/.)

Anyway, I really hope that you get your extension and that things get better for the park. I'm sorry that I can't donate, but I still don't have a reliable way of transferring money online by myself. Anyway, you are in my thoughts.

Hey bud, here's the rough part on that.  The County has deemed we are not a business so we can not operate as a business. If we do, then we are not zoned for commercial and they will close us based on that.  I was told that by the Director herself..also if we were a business we would be required to have much more done if were re-zoned.   So it's true I do want to stay free, but it's also a mandate by the County now.
