Made a sketch with some modifications
Looks like 45' tall  x 57' long

You'll need a "high hide" to bring people up to eye level.  :D

Man alive, if I ever get back to the States I definitely have to come see these in real life! Stegos and Allos are some of my favorite dinos, and Rae is totally lovely. This reminds me of how much I loved the Stego at the Smithsonian. I used to pretend the statue would come to life and follow me home. You are doing so much for the kids, it just warms my heart :D

Blade-of-the-Moon

Thanks bud! Allos are certainly my all time favorite, but I love em' all!  In adding Rae to the Park I had to go big with her, using the max size really let even the adults feel like kids again. :)

So...very tentatively planning a 2017 project..and trying to decide on a skeletal.  Any input?

Of the first two, I'd go for Hatmann's. Purely aesthetic grounds, but the other somehow looks awkward in my eyes at least. Also, I really hope you're not biting off more than you can chew with this as it were - Brachiosaurus is one BIG dinosaur! Then again, if anyone can do it'd be you! You could actually let people get close to the head if you put it by a tree and had a sort of platform/treehouse setup. Anyway, I'm looking forward to any progress.
UPDATE - Where've I been, my other hobbies, and how to navigate my Flickr:

Thanks bud, I do a LOT of planning before starting anything..lol  I'll actually try to talk myself out of it at times even.   I've done some figures, looks like it's a tall dino for sure but not impossible.  The skull is only around 31" the largest width of the body is only 8' our Apatosaurus for example  is about 6'.  So it's not too bad.

We had our meeting yesterday with the BZA. It went pretty well.  Here is the reply I made up and posted on facebook and our GoFundMe page :

I know everyone is curious and instead of me having to contact everyone personally I'm just typing this quick letter with the high points. The meeting we had today with the BZA went pretty well. Ambre Torbett and the entire board, were really helpful in giving us enough time and figuring out some ideas to keep us going. :)

Some main points.

We have a year ( thanks to a friend of the Park that spoke up and the BZA for agreeing to it.) to complete the projects list we have now.

We have a lot of things that need doing, we hope to have a list soon that will detail everything that still needs to be done. I'll share it as soon as we get it. Restrooms, electrical, paving, site plan, ect.. is all there we need to get done.

Special Events. Birthday parties, Dino Park in the Dark and The Funhouse, these were discussed and it was decided and agreed to by us they would only occur if they did not exceed our parking lot limits. We are experimenting with Dino Park in the Dark by taking reservations/donations to limit the number of guests per night in a given date. If that works out we implement the same process for The Funhouse later this year. We know how much our fans love these attractions and want to keep doing them for you. However we will not have a repeat of Trick or Treat with the Dinosaurs.

All in all not too bad we think, thank you all for your continued support, it means a TON to us!

Our Struthiomimus is now a mom! No time to enjoy it though, RUN!!!
A big thank you to a good friend of ours for helping us with this project!

Lanthanotus

Somewhat good news about your agreement with the public authority, though it seems to require a fair lot of work. Wish you all the best for it.

Those Struthiomimus juvs are gorgeous :)

Yeah it's about 75 good/25 bad or thereabouts.

Thanks bud!

Hi Blade, got the update, and its GREAT news!  Now for more publicity and more public involvement and I am sure that you will pull it off!!  Think of everything you have been able to accomplish in just the past 6 months - the stars are (hopefully) aligning!

Blade-of-the-Moon

I appreciate the confidence, it's time at the least. The outcome of the meeting makes it harder for us to do events here ( which means it's harder to earn funds) and she ( the director) wants on site inspections of all of our current structures. None were built to code, just made so they worked. So there is a chance should he look them over he would close any covered structure we have til it's torn down and rebuilt per code. :\  So good in most ways but that's still a potential blow and a half.

Not intentionally..lol there are a few of these in the woods on the Park grounds,  one near the T-Rex is almost a 100' tall.
