Love this thread. I used to have a thread called "Why Libraraptor can´t contribute to this category." in the forum Version 1 - wow, it´s nearly seven years old... Digging out threads this old feels like palaeontology.  ;)
There are some fails there. Enjoy  ^-^

I do not care about the other images, the scale chart is the one that bugs me. I´m really, really picky with scale charts and seeing things like this really annoy me.
I NEED TO MAKE CORRECTIONS C:-) C:-) C:-)
Whats up with that oversized Iguanodon?
Why T.rex and Torosaurus are so small?
That Stegosaurus should be smaller.
And what the heck is the Indominus rex here, plus they did not bother to put a proper model and they used the image of the toy.

My future job should be dino reviser, to correct all mistakes that news, articles and things like this have. >:D >:D >:D

stargatedalek

They obviously included Indominus because it's an unlicensed "tie-in" for Jurassic World and not because of mere idiocy.

LophoLeeVT

i have a theory that they switched shantungosaurus with iguanodon.........

It's real easy to see where they went wrong.

1. The Torosaurus' height is based off of the hip, but they show it as the top of the frill for some reason
2. T. rex was 13 feet tall when standing horizontally, but the T. rex in the chart is rearing up, which caused the graphic guy get confused and scale it down
3. The Stegosaurus looks so big because the model is inaccurate, it has stout little legs but was scaled up to be 14 feet
4. Finally, The Iguanodon has the opposite problem as the T. rex. It is 18 feet tall, when in a Kangaroo posture. However, the designer used a model on all fours.

Looks like Dinosaur World in Florida.

A velociraptor from CuriousityStream's Ancient Earth.

Velociraptor was covered in a full coat of feathers, including full wings that extend from the second finger of each hand and a fan on the tail. Its "thumb" was also significantly shorter than the other two fingers.
