It's a Foetodon from the Playmates  toyline based on Peter Jackson's King Kong. That toyline for the most part really suffered due to their special feature, which causes them to collapse. The Foetodon also had a pretty bad pose. The only part of that toyline worth getting is the "Roaring Bull V-Rex".
