Pretty sure the corythosaurus model was made before that painting.

I wasn't sure as to the origin of the painting.  Could the model and the painting have shared an earlier reference?  The pose and paint scheme are very close.

Gryphoceratops

I doubt it.  The poses aren't really that close.  The only thing they have in common is being on all fours.  Colors arent really that similar either just the stripes on the crest.

Blade-of-the-Moon

Yeah I have to agree..it's not very close really... :/  but good try ! :)

The now retired Carnegie Psittacosaurus is one I had never thought of based on Sibbick's art.

Here's an interesting one, but this artwork actually looks inspired by the figure XP Is that allowed? XD

lol yeah you wouldn't believe how much dino art ( even sculpture ;) ) is based on figures. ;D

Horridus

I propose a new topic for art inspired by figures! In fact I'm going to start it.

Same here though the figure isn't bad. I don't like the neck on the toy.

The Safari Kaprosuchus seems to be inspired by this drawing by Todd Marshall.

Ohhhhhh good image  ^-^. Collecta do other figures with images for example deluxe T-Rex of Collecta and T-Rex copula of Raul Martín (with a Jurassic Park head).

[Off Nick and Eddie's reactions to the dinosaurs] Oh yeah "Ooh, aah", that's how it always starts. But then there's running and screaming.

{about the T-Rex) When he sees us with his kid isn't he gonna be like "you"!?
