I dunno, the Great Old Seas one might float? The Ania one that comes with the mosasaur I don't know, although the photos on their site suggest the mosasaur itself floats: https://takaratomymall.jp/shop/g/g4904810168980/

They call the pterosaur Sinopterus. What is it with this genus and only being represented as weird novelty toys?* (Gunther, Sbabam, and now this)

*not counting the PNSO Nemicolopterus, which has been proposed as a juvenile
