Isotope analysis would only prove whether or not it was aquatic, not whether or not it was omnivorous.

I think the fragmentary nature of the fish is fairly conclusive. If the ankylosaur was also fragmentary one could make an argument this was a prey cash of sorts, or if the fish were more intact one could argue they may have been scavenging.
