The Indomis Rex Pack is still available, it's just that the page is only accessibleon the app.

Not exactly new news, but I came across this: https://twitter.com/JurassicOutpost/status/1034960203312185344

Which is very troubling to hear. I'll be waiting in the mean time, but come early October, if nothing has happened I hope I can have one of you help me with getting one (and I'll pay of course). I really don't want to have to pay a scalper for one, and I definitely don't want to miss out on this one for the film species collection I've been building.

Edit: I should further add about how ridiculous it has been that they were stocking them at Target's website online at early morning hours/after midnight (at least EST time), and they would sell out instantly, possibly due to scalpers and bots, aside from people legitimately wanting them and buying them of course. It's possible the stock was just insanely low too. I don't even think they've been sold in Target stores once stateside. I'm sure I would have heard about it by now. Something really should be done about this either on both Mattel's and Target's end, because the demand for this toy is insanely high.

"Generally, for limited edition, Target exclusive collectibles, we do not restock these items. However, we take our guests merchandise requests seriously and will be forwarding your post to our Merchandise team to see what they can do." - Target

What in the world... Since when was the Spinosaurus a limited edition figure? Mattel and Target really need to get their story straight.
The legacy collection should've never been an exclusive line.

Digibasherx

I thought the Classics line is going to be sold at Canadian TRU's.

Odd. I was expecting the next Legacy Pteranodon to be the one with the JW color scheme:

Unless this is a different product. In any case I'm still waiting for the Legacy Dilophosaurus and JPIII raptor to show up. Give or take the Gallimimus, since I would be satisfied with the Battle Damage one that I've been seeing around. There's even a review of it on youtube now.

Edit: Just a heads up, but scalpers have been going nuts with that Walmart Mosasaurus set on Ebay and pricing it over $100. Like I'll just wait to order it from Walmart, when I have the money for it (in October probably, if it's in stock then).

Wow, this is beautiful! The JP3 Tapejara is one of my favourite JP toys, I'd love to display this Pteranodon next to it

avatar_IrritatorRaji @IrritatorRaji Thanks for the link, but I already have the regular Mosasaurus. I really want that set for the Submarine and the Indominus rex skeleton.

Review is up for anyone interested. This set, for $40, is unbelievable.

$40 is a steal considering how much each of those components are at retail.  :o

...perhaps, they are phasing out the EC Spinosaurus for a T&T version? It doesn't seem consistent with Mattel's conference philosophy of having the most number of species out for the line.

It's supposed to be--I haven't seen anything, but I'm in a small city and things tend to take a long while...maybe a larger center has them already?

Or maybe distribution issues. I'm thinking Mattel underestimated the popularity of the line.

{about the T-Rex) When he sees us with his kid isn't he gonna be like "you"!?

I posted this on the review, but pasting it here too:

Really nice review. I hope I can pick this set up on next Friday (assuming it is in stock till then). I'm broke (in regards to any spending money) till then. Edit: My mother might be able to help out after I told her that it might be a limited release, and it's best to get it asap then waiting till October like I was planning on doing. Of course no guarantees that I be able to get it then (money or stock), but I'm hoping.

In any case I absolutely love that Indominus rex skeleton (I really did not expect for it to have that much articulation, which is amazing), and I'm so glad they even made a pack for my favorite scene in the film (just need a Thrash and Throw Tyrannosaurus on the side to 'complete' it). The price (at least for now) is a steal too. While I already have the Mosasaurus from before (prior to me knowing about this set, but no regrets since I love the big thing), I never got around to getting the submarine, and the Indominus rex skeleton really makes this a must have for me. It'll be interesting to see how it fares alongside an in the flesh one, assuming they make one for next year (seems likely), and it will probably look nice alongside the STEM skeletons (like the Tyrannosaurus), or even the skull that comes with Maisie, and the one in the BD Blue vs Indoraptor pack.

Also interestingly my original Mosasaurus' jaw is semi closed like the new one is shown (though its jaw is a bit warped looking at it from the front, and I'm not sure if it's because of my nieces playing with it some times, or if it was like this when I bought it).

Edit: It might also be worth mentioning that the Battle Damage Blue vs Indoraptor set (or Lockwood Battle Playset) has a price tag now ($39.73, so basically the same price as this Mosasaurus/ Indominus rex pack). If that skull was in scale then maybe I'm be more inclined to shell out for it, but after seeing how tiny it is, I don't care too terribly about it anymore (especially when I already have a Battle Damage Blue, and the highly articulated Indoraptor). That's assuming it is even sold at all since it was stated to be a limited release.

Thanks stargatedalek, but someone on Facebook got back to me before I saw your post.  Again, thank you for the offer.

Is it just me or does the Rip-and-Run Owen and Blue not sell at all.

Local toy stores and TRUs stocks of the Rip-and-Run Owen and Blue haven't moved one bit. The regular dinos have been coming and going, but no one seems to want the Rip-and-Run figures.

I personally don't care about these silly gimmicky wastes of resources, never saw the appeal in them. Funny how local toy stores stock these but none of the Wave 2-3 releases.

Even worse is the repaint of Blue as a generic green raptor. No one will ever buy that!
