Noteworthy items: Postosuchus, Diplodocus and Spinosaurus, the rest are mini versions of their larger contemporaries.

The diplodocus looks like a cheap retool of the Apato, but spiky. The Posto is your average outdated quad WWD restoration, pretty disappointing.

Could we then assume that those leftover (Posto, Diplo, and Spino) will be the possible sculpts of the larger figures coming in Fall?

I know a Spino is confirmed for the toy line already.

Wait where did these pics even originate from. Didn't know they put them out yet.

Apparently JPToys managed to find them

Carnosaur

A new Question.
With the death of Toys R Us roughly about 60 days from now.
Will JW toys even make it into their stores before they go the way of the dinosaur? (pun intended)

Will it be harder to find these toys? especially with scalpers cruising Walmart and Target stores.

Depends, this is not the first time Toys R Us went bankrupt.

Ah, scalpers, scum of the Earth. It really depends on the local scalper population. In my area it's not too bad, can't say the same for oter parts of the world though

It is, however, probably the last time in the states, due to their decision on liquidation.
Yes, it will make it difficult to obtain those products because all Toys R Us stores in the United States will probably keep stocking new inventory to a minimum.

TRUs closing is gonna be a big loss to collectors b/c now we will have to rely on online shops like Amazon and that way makes it impossible to pick which figure you want. I expect to receive lots of figures (and dolls as well in my case) with bad paint and production flaws(and dented/crushed boxes if youre  into mint boxes like I am.) Sigh.

Size comparison:

Super Colossal Tyrannosaurus vs. Bull Tyrannosaurus

It's huge

My god, the bull is absolutely dwarfed by that thing!!

I have mixed feelings about this big girl, on the one hand, she looks awesome and the action feature is cool. But on the other hand. Is she really that necesary? I mean, she is not in scale with the rest of the line and I cant help but thinking that Mattel could have use all this girl's plastic to gave us a Brachiosaurus or an Apatosaurus, but then again, that is not Mattel' s fault since universal told them not to make Sauropods.

Speaking of Tyrannosaurus figures, we have a review of the Extreme Chompin' Tyrannosaurus:
https://youtu.be/qJdNPWYtCgM
Judging by the size comparison with the red Rex. I think this figure is slightly smaller than the Thrash n' Throw Tyrannosaurus.
After this video, I think I like the Thrash n' Throw Tyrannosaurus better.

Also JP toys have corrected themselves, this T.rex is not the legacy collection T.rex.

Blade-of-the-Moon

Everything I'm reading at jptys says this is the Legacy series Rex?   It doesn't have facial scars.  It's being released in JW:FK packaging because Mexico doesn't have Target stores.  So only they will get the same figure in different packaging.

@MLMjp I love the posability in the neck! But that seam line and the thickness of the neck, as well as the dislocation of the jaw when open is ruining it for me.
Hopefully, this one will be cheaper than the Thrash and Throw with the simplified mechanism.

I think it was supposed to be 19.99 ?

Faelrin

This one seems kind of like the Hasbro JW Chomping T. rex, but with more articulation, film accurate sculpt, and the button is on the neck instead of the back. I wonder if it is at the same size as that one or a bit bigger. It does seem a bit smaller then the Thrash and Throw. I think this will be a good option for those that might not be able to afford the Thrash and Throw or any of the other T. rex figures in this line, or perhaps just want something a little simpler (and cheaper) for their collection or kid(s).

I think I'll try to get this one too. I suppose this is also like the non electronic Indoraptor but with a bit less articulation. The only thing I actually don't like about this one is the placement of the tongue when the mouth is open, but it is such a minor thing.

I'm so hoping that I can get a hold of the Allosaurus easily.  Allo is one of my favorites and this is a much better one than Hasbro's figure.
I'm excited for REBOR's Acro!  Can't ya tell?

IrritatorRaji

Question for people in the UK, when these figures drop, what stores do you think I could buy them in? Toys R Us is gone so, um, yeah, not sure where to go to get these (yeh, I could shop online, but going to a shop saves on shipping fees, haha)

Because they thought that they will be so big and expensive that very few people will buy it. Kinda like why no toy company makes big Sauropods nowadays.

I have to say that I don't have the official source that confirms that statement. But it is something that a lot of people have been saying since this toy line was announced.

Hopefully, with the almost guaranteed success of this new toy line Universal may allow Mattel to take some risks and give us a Brachiosaurus and an Apatosaurus. And if that happens I will be the first one to buy them even if I have to spend all my savings. Cause who does not love big Sauropods?

Reptilia

Well, if they keep the scale consistent a sauropod would end up being as big as the old Dino Riders Brontosaurus and Diplodocus!

And will there be a big Spinosaurus in the Legacy line?
