Today and yesterday I checked my two local Targets and Meijers (plus one Walmart), and all of them have begun stocking JWFK merchandise. I've spotted the four Roarivores, multiple minis and attack packs, some Legacy figures, and of course the big rexes. A lot of it is tempting, but I'm prioritizing; so today I bought these two:

Baryonyx is quite nice. The head looks a bit big, and the arms maybe a bit small, but it's a solid figure and I think my first of this genus, besides a Safari ltd. mini.
The Mosasaur is HUGE - this is a daikaiju-tier toy. I'm digging the real-feel rubber body, but I wish the tail/body proportions were a little better. It's awesome regardless.

Wow!, I knew that the Mosa was big, but - wow! I have just gotten hold of the Baryonyx (and really like the figure, faults aside) so I can make the size comparison you've shown. I'll be hunting more merch on the weekend and really hope to score that big marine reptile, now that this stuff has begun to show up here. Nice picks and pics.

Now I'm just deciding which rex I want, since she's my last priority. Do I play it safe with the Extreme Chomping, or spend the whole $40 on the Thrash 'n Throw?
...And no, I'm not even considering the Extreme Colossal. I saw that (or a variant) in Walmart, and that thing's even more of a daikaiju than the Mosasaur.

EDIT: wait, that upcoming Spino is an Extreme Chompin', right? I should probably factor that in (I DEFINITELY want the Spino).

Let's see..I have all three.  The Colossal is EPIC due to size alone, it makes a great display.  The THrash and Throw is the most scale accurate to the current films, she has a great action feature, the roar, stomping, ect .  The Chomping Rex I've personally played with the most.  She's pose able, more in scale with the original JP sized Rex before she grew older in JW.  I've posed her in a lot of ways  with other figures and left it awhile .  She can be handled a lot easier than the others too. It all just depends on what you want from your toy.

I'm excited for REBOR's Acro!  Can't ya tell?

Which is the better Stygimoloch figure?

Right now the Battle Damage one.  It's also the only one out unless you count the Imaginext, mini figure, mini fig with 1 pt articulation, ect..

I'd say get the Extreme Chompin' unless scale is really important to you. The TnT, or at least mine, is a bit finicky with the motions and is a little difficult to balance compared to the really stable and posable EC. So if you don't mind your Carno being taller than your T. rex, then EC all the way, but if you want to keep the whole line in about the right size with each other and you don't mind the mostly static pose than the TnT is for you.

Is the EC really that smaller than the T&T to go out of scale with the rest of the regular line? It is supposed to be in scale with the legacy line though, so with the human figures, the Jeep Wrangler and the EC Spinosaurus.

Faelrin

I see the Extreme Chomping T. rex as a younger, thus smaller rex from the first film, where as the Thrash and Throw is older and larger. I don't know how well that holds up, but even so the Extreme Chomping could still work as a sub adult T. rex and still be in scale.

I also found the Legacy dinosaurs on the Mattel site last night. Here are the links:

I am still salty that Lost World raptor had a more accurate paint scheme in this prototype or render images, then the actual toy does. I don't know why that was changed.

Mini Minmi

My local Walmart has finally... the shelf space for Jurassic World toys.  :P Such a tease!
It's nothing but empty shelves with unhelpful tags saying nothing but "JW figure" so I don't know yet what I'll find there but my guess is it will be in place this weekend. After all those pictures I'm excited to see them in person. :)

Does Papo have some sort of a collaboration w the JP License? This is the second time I see the Papo Rex juxtaposed with official JP merchandise.

I ended up choosing the Extreme Chompin' T.rex; I picked her up the very next day:

...But I didn't want to stop there! Today I went back to Meijer and Walmart; I came home with this bunch:

Blade-of-the-Moon sold me on Blue; she's nicely detailed, and has a decent range of articulation (but the legs could use improvement). I like how Mattel is approaching the "Battle Damage" gimmick with a flap; it offers variety for display and play.
Although part of me is bothered by how big Carnotaurus is, another part of me is saying: "It's Jurassic World. Who cares?"  :P In all seriousness, it's a very nice toy. The biting gimmick is classic and functional, and the color scheme is quite attractive (Battat, anyone?).
Allosaurus and Metriacanthosaurus are pretty good, but Allo looks like a slight step down in (facial) sculpt, and both have regrettably short & skinny tails. Their packaging could easily store another inch+ of plastic, so I'm a little bothered that Mattel couldn't give the theropods some more meat.
It's still an improvement over Hasbro and Chap Mei, though!

Here's the whole mob so far:

I was tempted to pick up the "Battle Damage" Herrerasaurus, Pachycephalosaurus, and Stygimoloch, plus some minifigures, since Walmart had all those and others; but I didn't. We'll see about next time. I did see the Chompin' rex/Monolophosaurus pack (yes, Rexy's wound paint apps look pretty cheap), as well as one of the Indoraptors.
I admit, I feel a little bad about not buying any herbivores; but I feel like the toys for them just don't look as interesting. Maybe it's a refelection of their on-screen counterparts, but they look pretty dull and lifeless in their packages.

Nice haul!

I like the BD flaps myself, reminds of the old He-Man wounds,  they actually rotated when hit showing damage.

The Chomping Rex I think is the best all around figure if a little smaller than the Thrash and Throw.

The only herbivores I've opened so far have been a BD Stiggy, best one made so far,  and a Pachy from the Legacy series.,, it looks like the old Kenner LW one with a similar ramming head action.    I did open a Galli but it's an Omnivore... I think?   I'm herd building it.. lol

Blue can be a pain...

Clever Girl!

Still nothing in Germany, expect for a few online sellers, but I'm wary of their prices.
Jurassic Park is frightning in the dark
All the dinosaurs are running wild
Someone let T. Rex out of his pen
I'm afraid those things'll harm me
'Cause they sure don't act like Barney
And they think that I'm their dinner, not their friend
Oh no

Piltdown 龍

Just a quick heads up for those living in Manila--not all TRUs will carry the JW toy line. Only confirmed are Robinsons Magnolia and Trinoma and supposedly BGC. Maybe only the larger branches will have them. UP Town Center will not.
By Grace of God Defender of toothy, lipless, featherless tyrannosaurs

Reptilia

Out of all the raptors seen so far I prefer the attack pack version of Blue, honestly.
