My review of the CollectA Iguanodon:
http://dinotoyblog.com/2016/09/14/iguanodon-collecta/
I'm thinking of getting this one to go alongside my Neovenator!
The Iggy here looks kind of like a bronze statue in my opinion. Weird angles, too!

Well, they're both rather crude and somewhat archaic-looking, so they'll certainly go well together.

The break is over, I'm back!

Thanks for pointing out the low Amazon price; I managed to get a set. Boy am I glad I held out from buying this when the movie came out for almost 4x the price.

I know, me too. I came really close to buying it. I don't even mind that I already owned the movie, since I bought the one from Wall-Mart with the lunch box.

Nice review. Reminds me I have a couple of FameMaster figures in my collection that are still unreviewed. I loved these figures as a kid, but recognized even then that the accuracy varied greatly among the range.

They seem pretty hit and miss. The only other one I have is the Kentrosaurus and I quite like that one.

I always liked the name Seismosaurus. Pity it turned out to be another Diplodocus.

I agree. So many great names; Trachodon, Monoclonius, etc.
Playing devils advocate on the lumping here, we gotta consider the other hand, Dracorex hogwartsia... ::)

Personally, I always liked the name Dracorex. It's fun to say, and I find the specific name amusing. Then again I also like the name Irritator challengeri. I enjoy it when scientific names have a tongue-in-cheek aspect to them.

*Cough* Khaan *Cough*

CityRaptor

Expect the world means Ruler or Lord in Mongolian.
So Khaan is less this guy:

And more this guy:
Jurassic Park is frightning in the dark
All the dinosaurs are running wild
Someone let T. Rex out of his pen
I'm afraid those things'll harm me
'Cause they sure don't act like Barney
And they think that I'm their dinner, not their friend
Oh no
