That would be the most lazy repaint I've seen from a company, it's the same color all over! I don't see any variation at all.

Schleich has a history of making "exclusive" golden versions of their Rex models. Pretty lazy, but hey, if they're doing it again, it means there are some people willing to support this laziness.

You're right, just came across this image. It looks like you can already buy this Rex from Schleich's website

I hope this works...but if not, apologies in advance, it's a picture of the new Schleich Dimorphodon and a pic of their repainted version of the adult T. rex

I can't see these images but I assume they're these ones?

*images snipped in the name of the law* C:-)

I wouldn't think it's that big a deal, especially since one of those figures is already available for purchase :o

True, but the other one isn't. The worst thing that will probably happen is that Dr. Admin or the mods, not you, will have to remove that image.

EDIT: After rereading the situation on STS, the rules Schleich has set don't apply to toyfair images.

I hope their Animantarx resembles an Animantarx more than their first three Saichania figures resembled a Saichania.
In the kingdom of the blind, better take public transit. Well, in the kingdom of the sighted, too, really--almost everyone is a terrible driver.

So single relase Dimorphodon? Is Welcome.
Eh, the Goldrex is not new, I linked to it in the Schleich 2018 thread. And even changed the lyrics of Goldfinger for it.

As for the line up: Well, Schleich's Theropods are generally rather terrible, so I don't expect a good one. Might be repaints, too.
Animantarx on the other hand could be good, given that their herbivores usually fare better. Dimetrodon is probably just a repaint.
Jurassic Park is frightning in the dark
All the dinosaurs are running wild
Someone let T. Rex out of his pen
I'm afraid those things'll harm me
'Cause they sure don't act like Barney
And they think that I'm their dinner, not their friend
Oh no

Guys   I do not think that is a Picture of the new Dimorphodon..    For one, it lacks a Tag. Plus everything eles in the photo are products from the prior years.

Also    the T.Rex is not a Normal Release.  its just a special color for diehard fans

Seeing how poor the remains of Animantarx are, it seems like that shouldn't be hard.  Besides armour that's part of its head, all this animal's armour has to be invented since it isn't known.  This makes me wonder, what's the point of making a toy of Animantarx?

It didn't work because you linked to pages, not images.

By the way, I know of a website that has images of 2019 Schleich. They haven't shown the dinosaurs yet, but they are bound to within the next few days. I'm not going to post the link in the open forum, because I have a feeling Schleich is bound to be monitoring our forum, but if anyone (who doesn't know of it already) wants the link to that website for future reference, then PM me. Update: Now that Dr. Admin has stated that you are allowed to post images of the dinosaur toys, the crossed out part no longer applies.

Gwyndor

I find it somewhat sad that the dimorphodon seems to be only a scaled up version, of the model that got released with the Therizinosaurus :/

I wonder why Schleich find somehow appealing to repaint their Tyrannosaurus figures in gold.

You can make good collector items, or pointlessly ugly ones. I think those golden rexes fall in the second category.
