A Spray Paint Alternative

So while binge watching flex seal adds they have a product called flex seal color. It's basically colored flex seal, but then they made a claim that it can be used to replace "weak and runny spray paint". Now as random people on the internet and artists, we need to test this, so I am looking for a volunteer to get some of this stuff and test it. We also need a discussion weighing pros and cons such as safety and availability of this stuff.
