Tienda de dinosaurios on FB said it will be a 1000 limited run.
That however does not mean that the mold itself has such a small run. Could be the paint scheme, with a more widely available version having a different one.

I’m personally fond of the “limited edition” idea.

Then you might pick up several Schleichs. And the Jurassic World Lockwood Ultimate Battle Set.
Jurassic Park is frightning in the dark
All the dinosaurs are running wild
Someone let T. Rex out of his pen
I'm afraid those things'll harm me
'Cause they sure don't act like Barney
And they think that I'm their dinner, not their friend
Oh no

Appalachiosaurus

It is a real shame such an amazing sculpt will be limited, I can already see the ridiculously inflated ebay prices...

Syndicate Bias

just be sure to have the money by then bud. better to start saving if you need to.

Shonisaurus

S @Syndicate Bias Wise words of yours. Although I like very much in this case the figures of other brands will have to give up many figures that are marketed by online stores. I think Papo's spinosaurus, seeing that only very limited figures will be made, will be sold at an excessively expensive price. I said better save.

Has this Pentaceratops front view already been posted? Everybody have been talking about the Spinosaurus in the last couple of months, but there's also this beauty coming up from Papo! Strong candidate for my personal favourite of the year, if you ask me.

Shonisaurus

Sincerely I had not noticed much until now but Papo pentaceratops rivals in beauty with his counterpart spinosaurus of Papo 2019 sincerely is a figure to take into account for those of us who are collectors. Hopefully both figures are equal or better than their prototype and disillusion me as happened with the tyrannosaurus running brown repainted and allosaurus repainted Papo 2019 whose figures differ in quality with respect to the prototype.

Fenestra

Looking at the way the hind feet of Pentaceratops are sculpted, I don't believe it is ment to be in this rearing pose.
Ofcourse it can be posed that way (obviously), but the toes don't touch the ground.
I wonder why Papo keeps representing it like that?
For pure drama effect?
Or because it would look a lot like the Schleich Pentaceratops when posed on all fours?  ;)

Okay, looking at this picture makes me think I'm wrong.
Here the feet, with the outer nails touching the ground, do look like they are ment to be in a rearing pose.
Hmmm...guess we'll just have to wait and see.

I must say that it's a very nice figure though.
I hope the paint job will be as good as the promo pictures.

Got the new Papo Allosaurus. Even though it's an 11 year old mold it's still a good Allosaurus. The color isn't as vibrant as it is in the promotional images. Did a video with comparisons to the original Papo Allosaurus and other figures. https://youtu.be/y8LR31hR7vw

Shonisaurus

D @Dino Scream3232 I congratulate you on your analysis of the allosaurus of Papo 2019 repainted. By the way fortunately for you the paint touch of that allosaurus is much better than the one I have on my shelves. Anyway I was expecting a repainted allosaurus just like Papo's allosaurus from the promotional image whose repainting was fantastic.

hao_bao

A definite pass on this one for me, it barely looks any different to the original

Mike told me everythingdinosaur that the spinosaurus will be available in August-September so we'll have to wait yet.

I sent him an email asking him when the spinosaurus would be available and he said he would have to wait in August or September. He told me in an email that I asked him when the spinosaurus would be available as follows:

... "As for the Papo Spinosaurus, it has been delayed by technical issues now expected August / September."

As for Papo's gorgosaurus is much better than expected, I hope your physical figure is equal to or better than the baidu display photos. On the other hand it is seen that this cousin of Tyrannosaurus rex is small (at least it seems to me) will make a very good pair with this year's Mojo triceratops on my shelves.

Killekor

Thanks for the photos of the Gorgosaurus, Syndicate Bias! It looks pretty good.
Thanks also both to Syndicate Bias and Shonisaurus for the information about the release date of Spinosaurus. I didn't know that.
It's sad that the release date has been delayed. I hope that it will be released in August, also because in September there's the BotM campaign! Now I don't know what in that case i should get!

Bigger than a camarasaurus,
and with a bite more stronger that the T-Rex bite,
Ticamasaurus is certainly the king of the Jurassic period.

With Balaur feet, dromaeosaurus bite, microraptor wings, and a terrible poison, the Deinoraptor Dromaeonychus is a lethal enemy for the most ferocious hybrid too.

Jose S.M.

The head sculpt of the Gorgosaurus looks great and overall looks like a great sculpt except for that pose. Probably going to get it still.

There are some PNSO cameos in one shot that are useful size comparisons too. Like the Yangchuanosaurus and Ankylosaurus opposing Safari's Nasutoceratops, Iguanodon and Regaliceratops.

I would like to see the Gorgosaurus next to another Papo dinosaur (i.e. Allosaurus or Carnotaurus) for a size comparison.
