I can assure as possessor that I am lucky of the Indominus rex of the movie JW, which is a formidable figure and I recommend it to anyone interested in fictional movie figures. This very well modeled although it is not as it is logical scientific is an artisan work. I can not stop thinking if the Chinese company Nanmu Studio ventures to make highly scientific figures as their "colleagues" of PNSO or Vitae.

In fact I ordered as I mentioned before the indoraptor (the two versions) and they will send them to me at the end of March. I am a fan of scientific figures but I honestly do not discriminate with movie figures (vastatosaurus, indominus rex and indoraptor for putting three examples) or genetically modified dinosaurs of JP / JW.

Absolutely stunning. I think they went too heavy with the drybrushing, but not a big deal. This blows the one that came with the DVD out of the water. The teeth... are super sharp. The claws too.

Shonisaurus

I have it and I can affirm that I am excited about the indominus of Nanmu Studio, its claws and teeth are sharp and prick. I have already ordered indoraptor (I made the preorder of both creatures of fiction a month ago) and I will commission with time the carnotaurus, sinoceratops and mosasaurus of Nanmu Studio impressive figures of JW.

Did your model come packaged with a human figure? Also, are the jaws articulated?

avatar_tanystropheus @tanystropheus The model of indominus comes packaged with the human figure is monocolor of rigid plastic. The figure is very detailed, its jaws are articulated. The good thing about the figure is that you can put this creature of fiction with its jaws open or closed without its jaw being articulated. These jaws are designed by their creators of Nanmu Studio so that one can put the figure with the jaws open or closed at any time and I can assure that they become static and do not move. This figure is a joy and luxury. I recommend it to you

cooksonia

So you put the human figure in the jaws?

Shonisaurus

C @cooksonia In fact I put the human figure in the jaws without any problem of sustainability or deterioration of the indominus of Nanmu Studio. I recommend it to you.

Indominus rex arrived  today. Great sculpt! Called Beserker rex on the box, imagine for copyright reasons. Bit like Judge Dredd chinese figures are called heavily armoured  future cop.

Any new updates on the Indoraptor or others?

avatar_Blade-of-the-Moon @Blade-of-the-Moon A Chinese company from eBay told me that the indoraptor will start selling it (in my case they will send it to me) the two figures I bought (the two variants) and ordered pre-order for the end of March. The carnotaurus preorder will be at the end of the first quarter of this year and the sinoceratops preorder at the beginning of the second quarter of the year, I pass the message that they left me in their day.

"New message from

Thanks bud!  At least your seller updated you. I ordered my Indominus through Acro-Man and it came pretty quickly. I tried an ebay seller for the Indoraptor to see how that worked out but they don't update you.  Sounds like the Carno will be pre-orderable about the same time as the Indo is released..same for the Carno/Sino. Pretty good idea to do it that way. I bet the Mosa is after that.

Thank God I was getting worried they delayed the Carno

So I tried ordering from an ebay seller to see how fast the shipping was.   I get a notice that my Indoraptor shipped last week.  Today it arrived.  I knew something was up when I saw the package.   I opened it to see this :

I was pretty upset. I contacted the seller asking where my Indoraptor was and that this thing was not it.

They replied a couple hours later :

So now I feel embarrassed to have made such a fuss, but then I'm thinking.. "ok, well now ebay thinks my Indo has shipped already...not a good thing for me but a good thing for the seller if they never send it and my return/complaint window closes. "  So..what do I do?

In the off chance that something does go wrong and you'd need to ask ebay for resolution, that message from the seller will be enough to help the case along.  Keep it in your inbox as reference.  It'll help the evilbay reps with the timelines.*

*regardless of a lapsed "return/complaint window", ebay will still consider/honor any communication between seller and buyer.  This seller made you a written promise - they are now bound by it.

That was a slick move from that seller though. Sly fox is sly.

Blade-of-the-Moon

Def good to know. I've been on ebay for years but they keep changing things.

They have good feedback which is why I gave them a go. I have to admit it is a clever strategy. I've seen sellers lose out when items go past the expected date, or they sell digital items which unless you ship them something, ebay/paypal doesn't protect the deal.

I've sold on EBay alot. And from my experience as a seller you're always thrown under the bus. Even when the circumstances seem dodgy for a refund EBay always finds a.way to screw you over with the buyer. I had to reason with a buyer before who claimed the package hadn't arrived at his doorstep yet I checked USPS and it said he got it a week prior.

After a long back and forth messaging I was able to reason with him. He didn't want a full refund moreso just half.  Kinda weird to ask for half if your package didn't arrive to you but he gave up eventually. Even though it was resolved they can still call EBay or PayPal I have done it before myself and they really don't need much reason to side with you as long as the item isn't past 45 days for PayPal or however many days for EBay but then again the only one that I've seen that actually matters is PayPal.

I ordered an item from a lady a couple months ago and I didn't see it arrive at my doorstep when it said delivered so I contacted her and no response. I called EBay and got my refund with ease...not realising that my significant other had already grabbed it and put it on the side but I didn't check because we get alot of packages so I thought it was another box since it was long and not something I'd expect my stuff to be in.

Nonetheless the lady was pretty mad about it and I did an oopsie.  :P

Fenestra

I would keep a close eye on the time frame you can still ask for a refund from PayPal or your credit card company.
Something smells fishy. Why didn't they include that message with the figure when they sent it in the first place?

Syndicate Bias

As long as he's in the time frame and it doesn't get delivered by the date it's supposed to then it's all good. PayPal takes their refunds very seriously

Shonisaurus

avatar_Blade-of-the-Moon @Blade-of-the-Moon As for the indoraptor, you should not alarm me, they sent me an egg with pteranodon, they explained to me that it was a gift to mitigate our wait. On the other hand they told me that tomorrow they will send me the indoraptor of Nanmu Studio. If they do not send it to you tomorrow I think I should not hurry to claim. I get the impression that this Chinese eBay company is serious. I think you should wait until tomorrow, April 8th. That day they will have the Nanmu Studio indoraptor available and they will send it to you.
