I'm disappointed that you felt the need to bring up that tiresome and pointless topic here.

I agree, but he's 13, I think we can let it slide.

Neosodon

On the opposite end I heard the smallest youngest T. rex, supposedly the "only baby" has been found. But the guy who found it is trying to sell it on ebay. ???

"3,000 km to the south, the massive comet crashes into Earth. The light from the impact fades in silence. Then the shock waves arrive. Next comes the blast front. Finally a rain of molten rock starts to fall out of the darkening sky - this is the end of the age of the dinosaurs. The Comet struck the Gulf of Mexico with the force of 10 billion Hiroshima bombs. And with the catastrophic climate changes that followed 65% of all life died out. It took millions of years for the earth to recover but when it did the giant dinosaurs were gone - never to return." - WWD

Jurassic Park is frightning in the dark
All the dinosaurs are running wild
Someone let T. Rex out of his pen
I'm afraid those things'll harm me
'Cause they sure don't act like Barney
And they think that I'm their dinner, not their friend
Oh no

I see your point, and although I prefer Spinosaurus as a creature, I do think Tyrannosaurus would win, if they ever possibly could. Although you are incorrect about it being quadrupedal. It was bipedal as well, and had access to it's claws. Nonetheless they never fought anyway so it doesn't matter.
See, your scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn't stop to think if they should.

I didn't. I was pointing out the fact that other people are in this post.

Comparing and discussing the estimated masses of the real animals is not calling for a "rematch."

Well I guess I was mistaken. I usually jump to conclusions too much, so I apologize. I don't want to start any fights.

News segment showing the new Scotty mount at the Royal Saskatchewan Museum. Very pleased to see they added gastralia. Every tyrannosaur mount should have them.
