(apatosaurus is sculpted and painted by Malcom, faunacast)

Very nice.  It is great if members create their own dinosaurs.  Or paint them.

Jose S.M.

Great job! That Alamosaurus is big right, I love its pose, very active and fluid.

avatar_dutchdinolover @dutchdinolover I think I have already received the answer from your "mysterious sauropods", by the way they are very good, the atlasaurus and the alamosaurus are fabulous you have done an exceptional job. They are masterpieces, of pure craftsmanship if you commercialized them and were of PVC you can be sure that it would be a safe buyer.

On the other hand, the Faunacast apatosaurus is a great figure but I honestly like your atlasaurus and alamosaurus more like sauropod figures made with incomparable perfection and I can assure you that what I said is true. I'm impressed. You are a great artist. Couldn't Schleich or another brand hire you to make those sauropods? You would make the brand in question the first in the market. :o

Roselaar

Lovely Sauropods! Makes me look forward to seeing more of your collection. :)

I am impressed by your sculptures. They both have life and character.

Thank you all for the kind words! It is very encouraging to hear.

@you are the first to solve my misterious teaser at the recent acquisition topic :) I secretly hope there will be enough intrest in them for selling. If there is enough intrest, I hope the make and sell resin copy's of them in the near future!

avatar_Jose S.M. @Jose S.M., Alamosaurus is big, this one represents an animal similar in size as the species at thisplay in the Dallas museum. Similar in size as a large brachiosaurus/giraffatitan. But there are indications it even grew larger :o.

Thank you all again for the kind words

Killekor

Your sculptures are really great! I particularly like the Alamosaurus.
Congratulations for your work!

Bigger than a camarasaurus,
and with a bite more stronger that the T-Rex bite,
Ticamasaurus is certainly the king of the Jurassic period.

With Balaur feet, dromaeosaurus bite, microraptor wings, and a terrible poison, the Deinoraptor Dromaeonychus is a lethal enemy for the most ferocious hybrid too.

I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings. Don't take it personally, but I'm not as impressed as other DTF members.
Maybe you should have mentioned that your model is a copy of the Shapeways David Krentz Alamosaurus?

You are totally right. I could/should(?) have mentioned. I used David krentz Alamosaurus as example. Since it was my first sculpt ever, with no experiances, I needed a good example.

Always good to see a new collection thread. One can learn so much from them!
