Your best bet's either gonna be getting the Eofauna Giganotosaurus at either Dejankins or Dan's Dinosaurs (before shipping, prices only differ by a few cents). I don't know your location, so shipping also has to be taken into account.

The Papo Spinosaurus and Safari Giganotosaurus are readily available on Amazon with free shipping. They're about a dollar or so more than getting them at the specialty sites, but you're saving atleast a few bucks in shipping buying them there.

The Carnegie Giganotosaurus, being discontinued is mostly unavailable at any of the reputable stores. That eBay listing is all I could find. It's expensive, but the seller's open to "best offers".
