The one in the background needs to visit a dentists....his latest attack on Bash, the lone male Torosaurus, did not go as well as expected...

That big grey rex is SEGA (2004)
The Ankylo? I am really sleazy in remembering brands and companies, especially when it goes for those little critters. Kabaya? Kaiyodo?! Anyone got an idea?

Yeah, the little Ankylosaurus is from the Kabaya Dinoworld line.

Ok, thanks! I'll have to look for those on Ebay.

Have you ever seen these ones together?

Or these ones?

Viking Spawn

I used to have that unpainted figure to the far left when I was a child.  I forgot what species its suppose to be?

Thank you for the information and for rekindling my childhood memories.   :)

I may be only 18 (born in 1998) but I know my vintage figures! (well some of them, anyway ::))

:) I like the meeting of the mini Plateosaurus and haven't seen them together yet.
Are they meeting for the world economic summit (U.S.A., Germany and Japan)?

Iguanodons

Allosaurs. Gosh, nothing´s as annoying as noticing you´ve forgotten one single figure  >:( - in this case the second Kaiyodo Dinotales version...

Gwangi

Love the group shots Libra. Keep them coming. I would love to do something similar but the way they're crammed into their shelves it would be quite difficult.

Thanks, Gwangi! Well, actually it´s much work getting these guys off their shelves.
Plus, I´m always annoyed,  by the quality of the pictures despite the effords they take.  think I chose either too much or not enough light. I plan on building a small "shooting studio" from a cardboard and a linen for the endless white style.
But I catch up with the picture quality, don´t I?  :)

Gwangi

It would look like they're not getting enough light in this case but I know the struggle. I hate using my flash in my pictures but it's hard to get the lighting right without proper equipment. Usually I just try to take my pictures during the daylight hours when it's sunny out and I try to let as much natural light in as possible.

Viking Spawn

Great allosaurus group shot and my second favorite dinosaur!

Just went back and had another look at your collection. I am very envious of your Kleinwelka Diplodocus. I think I spotted two more, the Brachiosaurus and Iguanodon. Do you have any others? I am still missing the Stegosaurus, Diplodocus and the Parasaurolophus. Are they rare or common in their native Germany? I do periodic searches on eBay Germany but they don't come up very often. :(
Great collection!

Great collection!

Hey Doug,  even here in Germany, the Kleinwelkas do not show up that often. They were produced in small numbers;  some may have perished in toyboxes due to their brittle material. I do have their big grey Brachiosaurus, their Diplodocus, their Stegosaurus, Parasaurolophus and Edmontosaurus and Iguanodon. There was a small Brachiosaurus version as well.
Sometimes I take a look around  to get an overview of the market...
I know a friend of mine has got a Parasaurolophus for sale. There is another interested party who asked first, but my friend is still not sure about the price including postage. ::)
