I can just explain it again here, in a review title, how should we distinguish between the two?

Oh, yes, they are from different collections and diferent sizes. The 1991 ones are large while the 1992 are small and have different sculpt. I think titles should be changed to:
UKRD 1991 Museum Line apatosaurus
UKRD 1992 large apatosaurus
UKRD 1993 small apatosaurus
UKRD 1993 mini apatosaurus

In the case of 1992 figures, I think we could go just with the year, as there were no more other figures.

I found these pencil erasers that seem to be from the same moulds as the small UKRD figures, do we know if they're official or knock offs?

The UKRD 1993 molds stayed in very good condition for several years, they were sold to other companies, but UKRD ended in 1997 as the last labelled figures. I haven't seen other molds than the 1993 ones after that, the minis like those erasers and the smaller ones.
Those erasers are pretty cool.
