This cheap plush toy certainly won’t win any top 10 lists for quality restorations, but it’s plenty charming for what it is.

I do like Yowie for it’s diversity, especially among the animals of Gondwanaland. What I often get irritated about is that a proportion of them are based on very limited fossil material. I have reviewed several already, all named. This one, however, is not.
Greetings DinoWaurriors! It seems that DinoWaurs were very keen on the living tanks that are the ankylosaurs. Not only did we get the classic Ankylosaurus, as well as Euoplocephalus, but we also got another, one that hasn’t been made by any other company: Talarurus.
Trachodon is, or was, a genus of hadrosaurid described by Leidy in 1856 for which the only material known was a mix of teeth from both hadrosaurids and ceratopsians. That’s not much to go by and Trachodon is now considered nomen dubium.
The fish is small, but still big enough to be worth the effort for Camber, who begins swooping down toward the ocean surface. As he nears his target, his bill opens ever so slightly, ready for a precision strike. But then he is abruptly thrown off course by a larger male streaking past him.
Some of the hardest prehistoric animal groups to find are birds, second to sharks. The light weight bones are subject to breaking easily, so it’s usually only in lagerstatten. There are features that can indicate a bird, and so identify them as that and not a dinosaur.

It’s about time to look at Schleich’s 2021 releases, starting with their Kaprosuchus. The animal in question is a mahajangasuchid crocodyliform from the Late Cretaceous of Niger. The known material is restricted to the skull, so that is the part most attention has to be given when reconstructing Kaprosuchus.

Greetings DinoWaurriors!!!! With their squat bodies, tough osteoderm armour and lethal club tails, it is no wonder ankylosaurs are sometimes described as the tanks of the Mesozoic. This means it is no surprise that DinoWaurs included several in their line. Here, we look at their representation of the last, largest and most famous of this group, Ankylosaurus itself!
Originally released in 1955 as part of Marx’s Medium Mold Group, PL-750, today we’re looking at the Marx Allosaurus. This group of toys included the Allosaurus, Ankylosaurus, Hadrosaurus, Pteranodon, Stegosaurus, and Trachodon and was Marx’s second set of dinosaur toys.
When we think of sauropods, we usually think of giants like Brachiosaurus, Diplodocus, and Patagotitan. The very first sauropod ever to be discovered, however, was Cetiosaurus. Described and named by Sir Richard Owen in 1842, it measured around 15 metres in length and 11 tons in mass.
This is an overall pleasing and recognizable figure of the famous dinosaur, but it does have some setbacks in design for a 2020 rendition.
Iguanodon isn’t as flashy of a dinosaur as Tyrannosaurus or Triceratops, but its place in the roots of dinosaur history keep the genus as a staple in dino iconography.
