Online retailer Lana Time Shop has unveiled their very first original product, “Magnus,” a 1/35 scale Tyrannosaurus rex model based on the famous “Stan” specimen. Here is their official announcement:
The T. rex size for 13.3″ L (340MM) x 2.3″ (60MM) x 4.7″ W (120MM), with a curved length of 350MM.
The base size for 7.1″ L (180MM) x 1″ (25MM) x 3.5″ W (90MM).
The model kit is priced at $94.99 USD.

Sharing the color scheme design(Painted 1): The current color scheme references the American Bison and American Crocodile, with the American Bison as the primary body color, complemented by the striping inspired by the American Crocodile. We’ve drawn inspiration from these two species native to North America to design the color scheme, as we believe it closely resembles natural biological colors.
No two ways about it, $94.99 USD certainly is a pretty darned hefty price tag for a 1/35 scale model. Still, that is one very impressive, well-researched, and painstakingly sculpted piece!
The sculpt is stunning, the head clearly too small for a specimen that is know for having an OVERSIZED head. Puzzling.
