Nice job on the Allosaurus.

Really nice work, as always!

Thanks everyone! I just finished the mold and I'm going to be pressure casting for the first time! I got a big 8 gallon pot to cast in. https://youtu.be/O0raRhCfrYY

What a pretty allosaurus prototype, that allosaurus figure is hypercific. It is a great sculpture. Kayacasaurus you are a portent.

Whether or not Spinosaurus had legs is a question I'll leave up to the experts. Regardless I decided to take a crack at the Spinosaurus and it was epic

One of the best, if not THE best instructional videos I've seen on Dinosaur sculpting! - man you make it look so easy!!

And I know of course that it isn't, as a string of failed sculpts on my part can attest, but seeing your work, and a couple of other talented 3D paleo artists on the Forum make want to keep trying, and maybe one day I'll end up with something I'm happy enough with to call my perfect Sauropod, an on-going quest.

This does seem to be the year of the Spinosaurus, and with 4 Baryonyx and one Suchomimus last year Spinosaurids do seem popular just now.

It really is the year of the Spino haha. Thanks, I'm glad you liked it! I finally got actual aluminum armature wire and it made it so much easier than with the wire I had been using. The white Original Sculpey also sticks to the armature much better than the Super Sculpey Medium I use for the details. Do you have pics of your sculpting posted? I haven't browsed the forum in quite a while.

The spinosaurus at this rate will become a more famous theropod than the tyrannosaurus rex.

Magnificent replicas of spinosaurus and very formative the video of the pachyrhinosaurus. I congratulate you Kayakasaurus.

I have posted pics on a sculpture thread that I started but the thread has not been touched for a while as I have not done any sculpting for a while - just gave up on it I guess. may be in the art section?

The results of my efforts really are not worth your time and in some ways I felt that they were a were a waste of mine.

New video up on the YouTube. I've been trying to get casts ready to sell but I've been dealing with a resin company that sent me bad resin for over a month. I'm going to be doing some fun Styracosaurus skull casts for 100k on YT so stay tuned!

That's epic!

Here's a Chinese artist who's good at making miniature dioramas.
Maybe you can draw some inspiration  :)

I just finished making this baby Titanosaur. He has a blue brother in the video, and a brown one. It's a month of video edited down to 18 minutes haha.

I'm really impressed by how you've done that superb baby sauropod. It really shows your talent on sculpting.
In general all your work is really well done! Congratulations!

Bigger than a camarasaurus,
and with a bite more stronger that the T-Rex bite,
Ticamasaurus is certainly the king of the Jurassic period.

With Balaur feet, dromaeosaurus bite, microraptor wings, and a terrible poison, the Deinoraptor Dromaeonychus is a lethal enemy for the most ferocious hybrid too.

What a wonderful Sauropod and what an amazing video.
Thank you for showing.
We all sometimes complain about how much toy companies charge for certain products.
But it's a real eye opener to see how much time, work and expenses goes into making beautiful things like this.

p.s. Are you in a band as well? Because kudos for the music chosen for all video's.  ;D

Kayakasaurus

Hey everyone, thanks for the replies to the baby sauropod! I'm back to Dinosaur related vids with this latest diorama. The tree actually locks the box, lifting the tree unlocks it. https://youtu.be/6vanfAY8yLQ
