I repainted my spinosaurus, and I like how it's finished.

With this colors this spinosaurus can mimetize in the sea.
Bigger than a camarasaurus,
and with a bite more stronger that the T-Rex bite,
Ticamasaurus is certainly the king of the Jurassic period.

With Balaur feet, dromaeosaurus bite, microraptor wings, and a terrible poison, the Deinoraptor Dromaeonychus is a lethal enemy for the most ferocious hybrid too.

Probably has something to do with sharing permissions. Try a public image hoster like Photobucket.

The color scheme is very dramatic!

Dramatic? Why?

Yes, because I used acrylic brilliant paint. First I have do another scheme, but I don't liked it (and was very sticky) so I have re-re-painted it with this color scheme.

I think that I will change the title of this thread in "Killekor's repaints".so I can post photos of another repainted models.

I'm just referring to the very strong contrasts between different areas of the animal. It's striking.

It's real, and I like how is finished... I am doing an painting too of a spinosaurus with this scheme...

fason

is that iguanadon drawing the inspiration ? :)

Archinto

I like the coloring on the iguanadon. The red is interesting as it has multiple tones :)

If you wanted to try a different paint that dries fast and cleans up with water, try out Testors acrylic enamel in flat finishes. You can get kits of these colors for not much money and they are very easy paints to work with. Compared to normal enamel model paints, the acrylic enamel model paints are better than the lacquer base stuff in my opinion. The color is strong and stays really well. I paint my custom sculptures with acrylic model paints by testors and tamiya.

Keep up the good work! :)
I'm seeking Orsenigo and other interesting vintage dinosaurs. Contact me if you can help with my search!
