Other uses for dinosaur toys
« on: February 17, 2014, 11:30:41 PM »
I was looking around for a dinosaur key holder and came across this site with some interesting ideas. "13 Ways to Upcycle Plastic Dinosaurs". Some are pretty cute, I like #6, the Dino Dig idea. I had bought a tube of these same dinos at Walgreens for $3 to practice painting. Probably not the best idea to try to practice painting something the size of a postage stamp, but oh well at least I can put 'em on a cup cake or something. Any other ideas or thoughts for use?

I think you covered most of the upcycle uses. Have you seen this yet?

I like the wall hooks some people have made, but I am way too lazy to actually make one myself!

I spy a Schleich Brachiosaurus, and an Invicta Mamenchisaurus.

Good for you, a couple of our personal favourites and the loss of the tail "adds a bit of character" I suppose you could say.
