Oh look a member of the raptor squad that has somewhat similar colors to it´s movie counterpart. ::) It has to be the best non-Blue raptor squad member.
The raptor squad are a pain in the butt for me. I want them, but I want them better. This Charlie is alright, Echo is meh and Delta is just an insult. Repainting is not an option because these guys have more complex patterns that will be difficult to replicate.

I prefer the white on the battle damage version of the Plesiosaurus, but this version is alright.

Flaffy

I wonder if they'll re-release Attack Pack Blue again, missed out on the original Wave 1 release since I didn't know Mattel were doing a full raptor squad.  Really hope Echo will be changed to have the regular AP Velociraptor sculpt rather than the horrid crouched one.

The dilophosaurus is a massive disappointment, I wonder what's stopping Mattel from releasing the previous screen accurate colour scheme, which was waaaaaaaaay more appealing. The frill on this one looks like a 5 year old smudged their paint stained fingers all over it. Even though I want the sculpt, the colours are just so off putting...

The SS Plesiosaurus looks decent, would be nice if Mattel actually sent stuff over to international regions.

MLMjp

Great news guys, now we dont have to pay a fortune for a Destructasaurs to get the Microceratus!

And if you dislike Franklin, you can always fed him to your Baryonyx. >:D

Finally, was getting sick of the human characters getting packed with cheap miniature adult dinosaurs.
Hopefully Franklin won't be elusive, really hoping to get my hands on that microceratus.

Maybe Mattel will consider packing the Destruct-a-saurs Compsognathus with another human character as well?

This exactly, it's the reason I've not tried to build the whole "squad".

Target exclusive deals with the Legacy line.  They can't release something exactly the same as what a competitor signed on for even if they choose not to carry it. Really sucks.

Still no Plesio here either.

That's fantastic! I REALLY didn't want to track down those Destructosaurs sets.

Faelrin

I already got the Destruct-A-Saurs Velociraptor set thanks to avatar_stargatedalek @stargatedalek helping me get it, so I got one of these little critters now, but I'm actually very glad they chose to pack Franklin with the Microceratus as it would give it a much needed wider release. I'll probably pick up this figure, if because it wouldn't hurt to have another of those critters in my collection, and my Baryonyx could use some "company".

The Mattel team holding a bunch of figures, and...what's that I spy? The Brachiosaurus?

It's huge, I might reconsider getting 3.

Also, in the background, a possible repaint of the Extreme Chompin' Tyrannosaurus?

PhilSauria

That's one very well-fed Brachiosaurus. Better start putting the hard word on some of the local retailers to find out if anyone will be stocking this one over here - but I have to say that I am not optimistic!

Still, I guess that's more cash that Mattel won't get from me and I can then use the funds to feed my current PNSO habit.

MLMjp

A better look at the picture:

That Brachio is going to be huge, and also very chonky.  ;D ;D ;D
.

Faelrin

I am really hoping that's an Extreme Chomping rex with the Bite N Fight color scheme. I really like the articulation on that figure, and would love one with that color scheme. And good lord is that Brachiosaurus huge. Its neck alone is about as tall as the Thrash and Throw is long. Even though we had the dimensions for a while now, it's great seeing it next to the other large figures there.

The Indominus rex has become "currently unavailable" on Amazon.  :-\

Link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07NQFWZM6/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_1?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1

Might have reached it's pre-order limit?
Hopefully not, really dont want to shell out an inflated price on Entertainment Earth.

tanystropheus

Maybe it is a dummy page. The I-rex isn't supposed to be released for a while.

Also, the Brachiosaurus - I might need to sell my organs for that.

Also, can someone please give out a pre-order heads-up before the next big Mattel release (e.g. Brachiosaurus). Thanks!

ITdactyl

If 60USD gets me that ginormous brachiosaur... Well, let's just say I'm starting to regret some recent purchases...

Even if it has, it will probabaly be re-stocked later on.

CityRaptor

Seeing that Brachiosaurus, the soundtrack of the scene where we first see one in Jurassic Park comes into my head.

Well, at least he does not have to worry abou the Microceratus eating him. Hope Franklin will be easy to find. I want that Microceratus.
Jurassic Park is frightning in the dark
All the dinosaurs are running wild
Someone let T. Rex out of his pen
I'm afraid those things'll harm me
'Cause they sure don't act like Barney
And they think that I'm their dinner, not their friend
Oh no

We got another repaint revealed again. The Proceratosaurus. From Collect Jurassic's twitter: https://twitter.com/collectjurassic/status/1115993112462221314

Pre-order link is up for it on amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07HK8NG8M/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B07HK8NG8M&linkCode=as2&tag=collectjura06-20&linkId=863f97b5a728f2a4e1d70ff839c18d9c

The Dual Attack Pteranodon is also up on amazon now too: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07GSSHS4F/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B07GSSHS4F&linkCode=as2&tag=collectjura06-20&linkId=285bcef7128d911299a947421d024500

Edit: Here's a pic of it:

After seeing some pics of this one with some of the previous 2018 releases, safe to say it has a new head sculpt (at least in regards to the crest interestingly enough).

Edit: Forgot to say this new Proceratosaurus repaint looks like it could be friends with that molten Baryonyx. Or even the Ceratosaurus repaint. I do prefer the original, but I don't think this one is too bad either in terms of coloration.

Another Edit: Mussaurus is up now on amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07HK9XM67/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B07HK9XM67&linkCode=as2&tag=collectjura06-20&linkId=cbb489e382c908c37c824640d8da22a6 Date for this one is June 1 (as is the Proceratosaurus).

If I had to guess more will be up soon too (the Mononykus and raptors possibly?).

ATTENTION EVERYONE!

It seems we are getting a Battle Damage SPINOSAURUS.

No images for now but a listing has been undercover, more info here:
https://www.collectjurassic.com/041219-2/

Faelrin

Guess everyone here suggesting or wanting a Battle Damage Spinosaurus can rejoice now.

The fact it will have a new paint app and brand new battle damage system seems interesting. Can't wait for the pics of this one to be revealed.
