Model available here - Ceratosaurus Skull by DinoReplicas

Based on the specimen MWC 1, this 3D printed model with articulated jaw is available in 3 scales- 1:8, 1:10, and 1:12.
Couple of examples I finished myself with acrylic paint, stand not included
