Very nice ankylosaurus. It is quite likely that this will be in 1:35 scale. This will be my first Eofauna figure.

Dan

I've had a recent surge in emails about the new Eofauna releases, so I'll just share this here as well. These two should be available to preorder at Dan's Dinosaurs within the next week or so. They are expected to be ready to ship around spring.

Paleofiguras has shared rumored information that there could be even more figures next year.

Bingo!

If so, and I'm more than a bit sceptical, it would indicate that Eofauna may be generating needed revenue from this aspect of their enterprises. I hope so.

ceratopsian

I'll certainly nab one of these when it's out.

Gwangi

I'm still content with PNSO's Ankylosaurus but this one is quite tempting. Maybe I'll get it. I have to catch up on Haolonggood's ankylosaurs first!

I was just going to buy PNSO's ankylosaur last week but it sold out. Very happy it did and now I can grab this gorgeous Eofauna! It looks stunning.

Jorgesaurus

It is an essential ankylosaurus in my collection, I hope next year they make Apex the stegosaurus

Tempting indeed! And counterpoint: There's a good chance the Eofauna Ankylosaurus will be more accurate than the PNSO one simply due to it having a stiffened tail leading to the club. I'm guessing Eofauna's will be true to 1/35, or at least a more conservative estimate compared to PNSO's max sized one (arguably 1/30?).

EDIT: Eofauna confirmed 1/35.

That's true, but the bend in Sede's tail never bothered me and a more accurate tail on Eofauna's is not enough of a selling point by itself. It has other things going for it too though. Looking forward to more pictures from different angles.

Pliosaurking

Looks fantastic, I'll definitely be grabbing one when it becomes available.

PrimevalRaptor

Big fan of the pose, not a classic walking pose while not being too dramatic, though my favorite thing are the stripes, they're really making it stand out imo

Sim

For their line of PVC figures, Eofauna makes the most unappealing species choices for me of any comparable company.  It's somewhat surprising since their skulls include very interesting species to me.  I won't be getting this Ankylosaurus, I prefer PNSO's which I'm satisfied with.

Oh wow, this is amazing. I've always wanted an Anky figure but I've held off on PNSO's as it has a few issues that kinda ruins it for me. And oh my god is this one gorgeous, the sculpt is amazing and the paint scheme is so unique, Eofauna just doesn't miss with their paint, do they!

suspsy

I think this has the potential to be the very best Ankylosaurus toy yet. Naturally, I'd like to see more images (as well as ones of the mastodon), but it clearly doesn't have a broken tail, unlike the PNSO version. I much prefer this colour scheme as well.

I agree with your comment, if you are thorough you will realize that the Eofauna figures have so much detail, very good size and striking colors but at the same time formal colors, I have always said that my first brand is Eofauna then PNSO, I love their ankylosaurus

DefinitelyNOTDilo

Eofauna rarely misses with colors, I think the only time I didn't like a scheme of theirs was their triceratops, but their Atlasaurus and Diplodocus are divine.

Carnoking

Those wide hips, that dug in, aggressive stance with the wide open mouth, those horizontal stripes, everything else, I am loving this ankylosaurus figure!

I still hold PNSO's in high regard and I think I still have the Safari one squirreled away somewhere but this could be the new Ankylosaurus for me, especially if it's in scale with their other Hell Creek denizens!

It's in 1:35 scale (as per their FB comment/reply), so the same as the others. If I recall correctly, they said all of their figures are the same scale, except the steppe mammoth (I think?) and the sauropods, due to shipping. I'm pretty sure they had that written on their site somewhere, but can't find it anymore.  :)
