First in hand pictures of Concavenator from Paleofiguras:

Blade-of-the-Moon

Appears to have a lot of detail, but all those thick black marks obscure it all. Needs more of a wash instead?

Turkeysaurus

So it's greener again?! Each photo different shades of green.

It looks more detailed as well.

In digital photography there is something called "white balance".
If the photographer does not know what it is or if the camera does not allow manual setting ( and only works in auto mode), then the color rendering will never be correct.
I will not dwell on technical aspects because I do not want to bore.

This is the reason why a figure should always be judged by eye.

Regards
:)

p.s : Please, look at the wall behind the figure and look at the table under the model in last two pictures from Paleofiguras: both are greenish ; I suppose they were originally white ; this means that the "white balance" is not correct..

That's right, that's how I know if colours are real or not, you have to see the background.

Tracewyrm!

The paint is a little rough in some spots, but that's not too much of a surprise given the size of the figure. I can live with it. It's so refreshing to have such a well sculpted Concavenator out in the market again, though!
* Hey, look Elly! Yours has more hidden underneath!

Turkeysaurus

I think i'll skip this one and Majungasaurus.

I'm already in debt because of lastest purchase of a few large sauropods & ceratopsians.

I gotta slow down for Brachiosaurus, Triceratops & Shantungosaurus money. It's gonna be long year , i bet there will other stuff i won't able to resist.

Yes, avatar_Turkeysaurus @Turkeysaurus , it's wise to pick our spots. I've realized that my days of trying to vacuum up everything have come and gone. Usually restraint has the consequence of greater enjoyment of the acquisitions that we do actually make, IMO.

Something looks off on it's face but I think it's that the nostrils are not painted? I'm on my phone so it is small but they don't look painted to me. Otherwise I do want to get it eventually, theropods like this and Majungasaurus are my favorites of their kind.

Hear, hear!

Brachiosaurus has now climbed to third place among the best selling Haolonggood figures, as can be seen on the website of Lana Time Shop. First is Argentinosaurus and second Alamosaurus.

I suggest that HLG release an Astrodon as part of its sauropod line.

That would be cool. Ol' Star tooth. I honestly am only really familiar with the species due to reading Raptor Red so many times.

Living in Maryland I would appreciate an Astrodon figure.

I think Astrodon is a somewhat dubious genus based on teeth? There also seems to be some confusion about whether it's the same as the genus Pleurocoelus. That's what Wikipedia says; I don't know whether there's any more up-to-date info anywhere?
One day we will know the truth about Spinosaurus... but not today.

If the silhouettes on the title page are indicators of new figures to come, I think that I see the following species: Shantungosaurus, Saurolophus?, Sarcosuchus?, one smaller sauropod, a new T-rex, a chasmosaurine ceratopsian.

Wow very exciting!!! I also am very intrigued about the extant animals.
