Not really showcases about the species that appeared and went extinct during prehistoric times especially in the beginning of the Holocene but showcases animals that only went extinct during the 20th century and not around the 19th, 18th, 17th and before that but it also showcases animals that are somewhat are extinct, missing and rediscovered to be extant again and it is narrated by Greta Scacchi who is the former partner of Vincent D'Onofrio who has portrayed Vic Hoskins or Victor Hoskins in Jurassic World and for some remaining episodes it was also narrated by Lin Sagovsky.
