Also got my Therizinosaurus and it is very cool but I think the paint app is not as good as the Spino imo
My main issue with it is that it does not stand up stable. Any slight touch and it falls.
Due to the pose of 1 of the feet on its toes so its heels are off the ground.
Anyone else find this?

Mine is a bit wobbly, but it doesn't fall over unless I really bump it. Although mine has a factory defect of a piece of plastic it looks like leftover from the moulding process on the tail. I still love this figure, but I'd say out of the Nanmu models I own, this one is the worst quality.

Blade-of-the-Moon

I left mine on the clear plastic packing insert so far.

Do we think Nanmu will make an unlicensed Distortus Rex? I hope so!

Also, by any chance is anyone willing to part with the little Nanmu figures of Roland Tembo & Sarah Harding?

Blade-of-the-Moon

Maybe, Nanmu is VERY careful with what they make anymore.

Joliezac

Unfortunately I can't really see them making anymore statue figures. It saves my money for other brands I suppose.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure the path has been forged. Nanmu is going to remake all the static figures they made over the past 5 years in the Smart Series over the next 5-years.

I would have thought as long as there are JURASSIC PARK/WORLD movies, Nanmu would have more, new dinosaurs to do statues of.....I'm not interested in Nanmu action figures.

Blade-of-the-Moon

They did make the Theri.  They are doing some awesome " action figures" though. It's nice to be able to switch up the poses here and there too.

Flaffy

Been seeing more and more images of the JP articulated raptor with correted toes online lately. Has the mixed-up feet issue been fixed for later production runs? Inital batches had the longest toe on the outside of the foot which was errornous.

Blade-of-the-Moon

I don't think I need the white version, but I might get two of the black ones, one to display with the gear and one without. The white was a fan idea if  I recall?  It was supposed to reference the Indominus origin?

Carnoking

There was also supposed to be a second Indoraptor from Fallen Kingdom that was white like the Indominus. Theres concept art floating around out there showing both together, and I believe the original plan was to see the black variant kill its sibling but the idea was of course ultimately scrapped

Ah ok. If there is concept art then it might worth getting.

So, what exactly is the difference between the "Zero-Set Easy Motion" products and this new "Smart Series"? (And yes, count me in as someone very excited for the Spinosaurus.)

Berno

Nanmu posted this on thier youtube account:

Deinosuchus? modern crocodile?

Joliezac

Do we know if this is smart series or statue?
