The osteoderms that adorn Prehistoric Planet's Alamosaurus are more modest than PNSO's interpretation.

Thoughts on which is more accurate?  I'm thinking of converting a Mattel sauropod into an Alamosaurus.

Neither is more accurate at the moment. We have a tiny sample of osteoderms from Alamosaurus, the largest of wich are perhaps 7 inches across and were probably encased in keratin, further increasing their size. We have no idea if these were the biggest osteoderms in the skeleton, or if there were much larger ones not preserved. In general, id say go bigger, as its one of the unique characteristics of Alamosaurus, and lets people recognize the species right away!
