Also they have these utterly disgusting things. The dinos are FULLY encased in slime and it's near impossable to remove from the dino... YUCK!

I feel like these may have been posted already, but maybe not. Anyway, it's a shame we aren't getting an Aquilops because that would be a must have from me, and other members here, I suspect. Nice to see some of the better sculpts like the Compy and Kentro coming back and I'm cool with differently painted doubles of those if I end up with them. I'm most excited for the Quetz and Spino though. A super-sized version of that Spino would be great!

I'm wondering if the aquilops is going to be a wave two release. There's a few dinosaurs from this movie that are notably absent in this release including the Titanosaurus.

The silver D rex that leaked is also absent from this lineup. Just the stupid flocked ones... YUCK! lol That is an icky texture

Picked up a half a case Monday, got all the new ones and some older pieces, and one flocked Spino I just sold on eBay lol

It's interesting that the older ones are more detailed in paint and have sharper sculpt details. Kept the Compy and Kentrosaurus from the old batch and of course the new Spino, Quetz, and Beluga Rex.

An Aquilops would be nice, definitely. Most other species new to this movie wouldn't interest me personslly at this scale, but they'd make sense to include, like Titanosaurus.

I feel like there will be more Spinosaurs too. There are three unique designs, far be it for a toy company to not use something like that.

Hmm, let's see.

Build 'n' Battle - your usual Captivz fare. You know, so far I only ever bought two ( one from Camp Cretaceous, one from the Anniversary) of those since I'm not a fan of blind packed things. The fact that those cost between 8 and 9 Euros over here and the amount of waste they produce, as well as my dislike of slime does not help either.

Super Sized - same issues as with the small ones, with the addition to the fact that you produce triple the waste. Sand, Slime and Gel as opposed to just Slime. And this time it is mandatory to dig through them.

Smash 'n' Hatch - Basically combining the worst aspects of the above ones. Total waste.


Dinorama - best Captivz yet! You know which figure you get, there is no slime and the box becomes a neat Diorama instead!

I haven't bought many of the Rebirth Captivz due to repeated sculpts and a higher price tag but I picked one up today and it was the Pteranodon...without a head! No head in the package. I got it from Walmart so I'll be returning it. I didn't really want the Pteranodon anyway.
