Hey guys! It's been a while since I've posted here, but I've been creating a wiki for dinosaur figures and wanted to share it with you all.
http://dfl.wikia.com/wiki/Dinosaur_Figure_Library_Wikia

It is meant to be a guide where you can quickly check the essential details of a figure, such as its line, sculptor, and year of release. If you have any suggestions for the wiki, you can either ask me or create an account and edit yourself. The primary rules are:

  • All figure pages must follow the proper format, which you can get by copy and pasting a page and editing it, just keeping the same format.
  • If a field is unknown, such as sculptor or year of release, put three question marks and don't include a category of whichever field. If there is none of something, such as no line, just put "none" and no category.
  • Preferably, pictures have a white, off-white, or transparent background, and are either .png or .jpg images.

Nice iniciative.
My suggestion is that you need to add categories by company to facilitate the search and navigation. I mean,  in the "wiki content" only reads:"#Category1#" "#Category2#"

Not to burst bubbles, but a similar project has been ongoing for some time through the STS forum:

It's more comprehensive in its scope, ranging over pretty much every animal group from every time period.

And there is still a ton missing from it--as a project, it is HUGE. Be it all animals or just dinosaurs.

I think there's already an online ebook being sold.
