Company/Maker: Safari LTD
Series: Dinosaurs and Prehistoric Life, Carnegie Collection
Model: Caudipteryx (421201)

Woo, first repaint! I love this model but I can't stand the colors (the blues look nice but mixed with the green and black it... Doesn't look that great) so I decided to repaint it. The color scheme is based off of a golden conure (Guaruba guarouba). Their tails aren't green but I decided to make the Caudi's tail green to add some more flair. There's some paint spots, the claws aren't the correct color (too dark) and I messed up on some things but overall I'm pretty happy with how it turned out!

Always liked this model and sculpt ...Forest Rogers sometimes I felt did some nicer feathered work. I have a repaint Martin Garrat did for me of this figure, I am just not talented enough to do repaints.
Authors with varying competence have suggested dinosaurs disappeared because of meteorites...God's will, raids by little green hunters in flying saucers, lack of standing room in Noah's Ark, and palaeoweltschmerz—Glenn Jepsen
