Behind a paywall, but this paper uses histology and matrix algebra to infer that basal archosaurs were probably at least somewhat endothermic, and that most theropods had metabolisms similar to those of birds. Not terribly surprising at this point, but still cool. PM me your email address if you'd like the pdf.
