IMO, It looks a BIT like the Collecta Dolichorhynchops.

I saw this on Deviantart, its cool we have direct evidence of fatty plesiosaurs.Who knows what other doors this opens up? *thinks of that thing with the electric elasmosaurs* seems legit.
