This is my first post in the diorama section...and after I looked in here...all i can say is WOW!!!  i had no idea people were doing the things you were doing!!

we have a handful of marine reptiles and we took them down to the water...i just put the kronosaurus in the water (mainly for photos from/of the surface) and put my gopro infront of it to see what would happen...it gave me some ideas about making some videos with the toys as props :)
