The two I'd really like to see are Hypsilophodon and Heterodontosaurus, so I picked Dryosaurus and Camptosaurus instead. It's really hard to find good reconstructions of all these wonderful little herbivores in 2D art, let alone sculpture. I'd also like to see a Brontosaurus :)

Voted for Heterodontosaurus now that it's an option! As far as I know there hasn't been a new one since the 1970s, and it's one of the more distinctive small ornithischians.
