Yeah it's definitely off. Like I honestly think the Mattel toy has a more accurate head sculpt then this. I'm surprised they didn't try to give it the color scheme the animatronic had before it was covered in dirt. I mean there is stuff out there showing what it looked like prior, and it was gorgeous.

This is a direct scan of the JP Triceratops maquette or the full scale that was on display at universal and then donated to a childrens make a wish type place in florida called give the kids the world. The JW triceratops has a much different look.
