New carcharodontosaur from Portugal

Halichoeres

It's not enough to name a new genus, but it's from the Upper Jurassic and in Portugal, which is biogeographically important. The remains are a foot, some other limb fragments, and a string of vertebrae.

This is the new specimen's tail vertebrae superimposed on a Neovenator skeletal:

Very interesting! Given the close similarities between Tithonian faunas in Portugal and western USA, I wonder if we'll someday see a Morrison carcharodontosaur?
