Here's Ledumahadi, a giant sauropodomorph from the early Jurassic South Africa, which, while fragmentary, suggests a mass of perhaps 12 metric tons (over 13 short tons, more than two large bull elephants). They got big, and quadrupedal, fast!

My dad showed me an article with this last night that claimed it was the biggest dinosaur discovered. Why do news outlets always have to sensationalize everything with false information (aside from intentional clickbait purposes)? Ugh.

It is a good discovery though.
