With a very limited selection of actual dinosaur miniatures I have decided to start making my own from existing toys. Repainting if necessary and mounting on round or square bases is going to happen so I need figures that will fit on them.
Looking for a stegosaurus, triceratops, ankylosaurus and quetzalcoatlus that fit on a 3 inch round or square base but don't exceed the boundaries of the base. Any of these can be a similar species like pentaceratops and kentrosaurus instead.
Also looking for a sauropod that'll fit on a 4 inch square base.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Halichoeres

I think all of those can be found in the Kaiyodo Dinotales line (assuming you mean 3 inches diameter)?

Saichania (similar to Ankylosaurus): http://toyanimal.info//index.php?title=Kaiyodo_Dinotales_3_Saichania

Triceratops: http://toyanimal.info//index.php?title=Kaiyodo_CC_Saurus_Triceratops_B

Stegosaurus: http://toyanimal.info//index.php?title=Kaiyodo_Dinotales_2_Stegosaurus

The only one I'd be worried about going past 3" is the Stegosaurus but if it went over the edge of the base it would only be the tip of the tail, or the snout, depending on how you mounted it.
In the kingdom of the blind, better take public transit. Well, in the kingdom of the sighted, too, really--almost everyone is a terrible driver.

You can try the PNSO, CollectA & Papo miniatures too.

I should clarify, the bodies of the figures can exceed the base but I need the feet to fit on it.
I think i'm going to get the Schleich triceratops and Safari apatosaurus.

Shonisaurus

P @patter15 Welcome to the forum the miniatures of Safari are very good on the other hand the mini dinosaurs of Schleich are very cool figures.  :)

Depends on your scale. We use a lot of Wild Safari and CollectA Popular figures for for Saurian Safari and Survive o Saurus with 30 mm figures. If you use Hexs or squares for movement the you can use out of the box. If you are are measuring movement a base is a good idea to show when a figure is i contact. I use thin insulation foam.
You can never have too many dinosaurs
