Agnostids are a group of small and adorable chelicerate arthropods from the Cambrian and Ordovician. Many scientists have suspected that they're trilobite relatives, but some think they're closer to crustaceans. This paper shows some beautiful remains of the agnostid Peronopsis and Ptychagnostus, including the digestive tract and all the head segments. Their analysis places agnostids squarely within trilobites. Definitely won't be the last word on agnostids, but cool study with some beautiful anatomy.
