What's up with dinosaurs in Korea?

Paleontologist Lim Jong-deock, who sounds like a real mench, discusses how nobody in Korea recognizes the fossil wealth of the country(s) and it's unfortunate. This is an interview from several years ago, but I'd never seen it before and I thought it was pretty interesting.

Thanks for sharing here. It was interesting. I guess it was good CollectA at least made a piece featuring Koreaceratops, as it was how I heard about it. I would certainly like to see some figures of the others though. It's kind of sad how outside of maybe some Chinese dinosaurs like Microraptor (and I suppose now Sinoceratops thanks to Jurassic World), there isn't much attention placed on those from the eastern part of the world. No doubt a lot of that is also just from the general obsession the world at large seems to have with the Hell Creek and Morrison faunas for the large part, when it comes to dinosaurs. Toys are definitely a good medium to help bring awareness to them, as with others out there (books, games, movies).
