Halichoeres

Not a mental disorder, but a new actinopterygian fish from the Late Triassic of Korea. There's a growth series of juveniles, but not full adults. The preservation is exquisite, showing the extent of the oversized eyeballs, in different positions because some of them died on their side, and some of them died on their belly.
