I usually like having a human figure to go with my prehistoric animal life, like for example I have Mattel's basic value human for 1:6, Character Options Primeval Humans for 1:12, Mattel's smaller humans for 1:20, Safari's Evolution of Man Homo Sapien for 1:25, Safari's Eskimo for 1:30, Safari's Caveman for 1:35, and Schleich's Human for 1:40. My only problem is that I don't have any humans smaller than 1:40, so if I could find a set of 1:50, 1:60, 1:70, and 1:80 humans together that would be great, I would also prefer to have only one of each, instead of multiples of each scale.

ScaledRight on Etsy (https://www.etsy.com/shop/ScaledRight?ref=shop-header-name&listing_id=1575393631&from_page=listing) has some nice options in various scales.  I bought several and the quality was great.

1/48 and 1/72 scale are standard scales for military vehicle models, for which soldiers are available as accessories.  That also opens some interesting diorama possibilities.

You might try model train sellers. O scale is 1:48 in North America, and HO scale is 1:87, which might be close enough to 1:80 for your needs.
