Hello all

I'm not sure if this topic belongs here or in the custom figures section but I'll put it here.

Here are some of my made-from-scratch (out of clay) and customised figures that I made.

Tapejara

Achillobator

Centrosaurus

Daspletosaurus (made from a chinosaur Tyrannosaurus)

And you know this one: Ceratosaurus

These are some of my creations. I'll get you some better pictures later. In the meantime tell me what you think.

Nanuqsaurus

These are beautiful!  :)) Especially love the Daspletosaurus, very nice job on the feathers!

Jose S.M.

Nice Centrosaurus! Is it made from scratch? All other are great too.

Turret

It is. Out of clay, cardboard and wire.

Pachyrhinosaurus

Nice assortment of creatures! I especially like the coloration and feather arrangement of the daspletosaurus.

Your "Tapejara" is a Tupuxuara. ;) And I love the Ceratosaurus!

[Off Nick and Eddie's reactions to the dinosaurs] Oh yeah "Ooh, aah", that's how it always starts. But then there's running and screaming.

{about the T-Rex) When he sees us with his kid isn't he gonna be like "you"!?

Looks like Tapejara to me. Perhaps you're thinking of Tupandactylus?

I meant Thalassodromeus, look at the crest.

Has there been some reclasification of some Tapejara species? I'll get you a better picture of the head.
Funny how I don't know what species my own creation is.

spinosaurus1

theres no reclassification, however the head of your sculpt does resemble Tupuxuara more so then a Tapejara imo. Tapejara has a comparatively short and tall skull with a small crest on the bottom jaw ( granted it is hidden by your picture angle, so i digress there) and a large thin thorn shaped stucture on it's top jaw. similarly to it's larger relation, Tupandactylus imperator, it could of supported a massive facial crest mostly made out of soft tissue.
it's head would of been like this

and withthe addition with soft tissue could of apeared in life similarly to this reconstruction of europajara

this, ofcourse, is only suggestions gone by looking at your first photo. the angle could of obscured these details even then, doesn't stop your sculpture from looking fantastic :)

Turret

Thanks for the explanation. Here is a closer picture of the head that might help the identification.

And here is another angle of the Ceratosaurus

And some other models:
Citipati

A pair of Dire wolves

And a Ouranosaurus, one of my first clay figures

Very nice work thanks for sharing

Yep, your pterosaur is definitely a Thalassodromeus. :)

Hello again. During the summer I've been doing some experimenting with moulding and casting and the like.

And here is my first dinosaur: Mei long (prototype and the cast)

And with a crude base:
